We've tried to answer some of the common questions we receive below, however if you can't find the information you're looking for, feel free to drop us a line at email@example.com or on one of our social pages, and we'll get back to you asap.
A good designer will usually have a pretty sizeable waitlist - and that’s okay, it’s a sign that they’re good as they’re so in demand! Good design is worth waiting for, so bear this in mind when you’re told you have to wait a few months before your project gets started. However, if you are in a huge rush, it’s worth asking to see if we have the bandwidth - just be aware there may be a ‘rush fee’ involved.
How longs a piece of string? Haha, only joking. We have a standard timeframe that we like to work by (6-10 weeks usually) to allow for feedback, revisions, and any bumps in the road that may come up on either our side or the clients. However if you’d like us to move a bit quicker, let us know at the start and if it’s possible, we’ll push it through faster! Similarly, if you’re in no rush and would prefer your project to sit on the back burner for the next 6 months, we can do that too - as long as we’re both on the same page from the get go.
There’s a reason we don’t advertise how much we charge on our website: we are more than our prices. If you’re searching about for the cheapest option for your design, sorry, but you’re in the wrong place! If you pay less, you get less - and that’s not what we’re all about. If you see the value in the services that we provide here at Seven and Co, get in contact today to book in a call to discuss your requirements - every project and client is different, and therefore each project is priced accordingly.
50% upfront, 50% just before completion. And if you’re booking a project with a start date more than 6 weeks away, you can split that first 50% up into two - paying 25% upfront to hold your slot, 25% before the start date, and the other 50% on completion. Bigger projects can also be split up further, but that can be discussed! Deposits are non-refundable as they cover any work that we do should something go wrong in the project (fingers crossed, it won’t - but we’ve gotta protect ourselves!).
Gone are the days of having just a logo that you put on a business card and then you’re done with it. Nowadays your business is on social media, it has a website, you’ve got all sorts of print collateral, merchandise, you’re creating social content, video content, advertisements... you get the picture. While repetition is important for consistency and recognition, people get bored easily - you need to give them something to get excited about when it comes to your brand! That’s why you need to be reinforcing your brand with logo variations (with different compositions to fit different settings), illustrative brand marks, a consistent colour palette, professional fonts, recognisable patterns... you get the idea! A well-built-out brand identity is just as recognisable as a logo, but much more flexible - and much more exciting.
Yes of course - but bear in mind that the price may increase. Due to our business ever-growing and evolving, our prices change to reflect our skill, experience and demand. For this reason, our quotes only stand for 6 weeks, and after this time we will have to re-quote the project. However, if you’d like to lock in a price but know at the time of the initial quote that you need some time to save up the funds, we’re always happy to book in projects in advance with only a 25% deposit.
